Call to name & shame litter louts
The county mayor has called for a name and shame policy to be applied to litter bugs. It comes after it emerged that only 25% of Cork County Council litter fines have actually been paid. Cllr Noel O'Connor says after three failed attempts of trying to contact a litter lout they should be named.
