Calls For Improvement To Corks Cycle Infrastructure

The Green Party is calling for further investment in cycling infrastructure Leeside.

According to recent figures from the CSO, the number of Cork commuters cycling or choosing public transport as a means of transport is below the national average.

Although there positive signs in the city where the number of commuters cycling is above the national average at 3.9%, the overal figure for the county stands at 1.5%.
