Calls for landlords not to act for Irish Water

The call comes from anti-water charges campaigners.
Anti-water charges campaigners are calling on landlords not to act as enforcers for Irish Water.
Members of the Anti Austerity Alliance are also calling for people to boycott all charges.
It's after figures released by Irish Water this week showed less than half of customers have paid their first bill - something which the utility has denied is a weak start to the project.
Anti Water charge activists will map out new ways to boycott the charges at a meeting in Dublin today, meanwhile Leeside a public meeting on the 22nd of July has been organised by the People's Convention to discuss how to further escalate their campaign against the fee.
Speaking to RedFM News Diarmuid Ó Cadhla of The People's Convention says the government just isn't listening.
