Cork County Council is leading calls for rent relief regulations to be extended to all, of one of Cork's largest commuter towns in a bid to prevent a two-tier rental market.
Carrigaline is split into two municipal district boundaries and as a result only one half of the town has been designated as a rent pressure zone.
