Capitol Bought By German Real Estate Fund
The Capitol development has been bought by a German real estate investment fund for €45 million euro.
The developement which was completed in July was purchased by the Real IS Group.
The Capitol is home to Lifestyle Sports, HomeSense and the Oyster Tavern while AlienVault and Facebook are among the companies occupying the office space.
The sale is being seen as a vote of confidence in the city as a viable alternative to Dublin for companies.
