High Court Challenge Against Planning For Ringaskiddy Incinerator Takes Place Today
A challenge against An Bord Pleanála's decision to grant planning for an incinerator in Ringaskiddy will be heard in the High Court today.
The controversial project was given the green light last May despite objections from locals.
