Clune clinches last seat in Irelad South constituency

All four MEP's for Ireland South have been elected after three days, 680,000 votes and 12 counts. The Fine Gael duo of Sean Kelly and Deirdre Clune join Fianna Fáil's Brian Crowley and Sinn Féin's Liadh NiRiada to complete the line up. A full recheck will take place this morning in the Midlands Northwest European constituency however - following the announcement of the eighth count in Castlebar last night.
