Company Behind Ringaskiddy Incinerator Intend To Apply For Industrial Emissions Licence
Indaver Ireland outlined their plan to seek permission from the EPA in a letter to campaign group CHASE
The move comes ahead of a decision by the High Court on whether An Bord Pleanala dealt with the planning application lawfully.
Planning for the incinerator was granted in May 2018 despite the advice of three senior inspectors and the objections of locals.
