ComReg called on to intervene following proposed changes to Three Mobile terms and conditions
Calls have been made on ComReg to intervene after it was revealed that customers of Three Mobile could still be charged for roaming, despite a ruling from the EU which will see the charges abolished in July.
Cork MEP Deirdre Clune has described planned changes to customer bills as introducing roaming charges by stealth.
Three Mobile will be in breach of EU rules, if they proceed with plans to modify terms and conditions in order to offer unlimited data to home users, but charge an additional price when travelling within the EU.
Speaking to RedFM News MEP Deirdre Clune says Three Mobile customers are entitled to enjoy the benefits contained in their mobile contracts whether they are at home or abroad
