Confusion expected over Irish Water bills

Irish Water expects it'll take one or two billing cycles before confusion surrounding their billing system is resolved. The first bills will be sent out from next week but because of 'information gaps, deficits and errors', the utility is expecting a lot of queries from the public. Problems will include people being mistakenly billed, difficulty reading some meters, and incomplete details like how many people live in a house. Irish Water spokesperson Elizabeth Arnett is pledging that those affected won't be put at a disadvantage by what she called 'teething problems'. Click the PLAY button to hear.
