The Construction Industry Federation says delays to key infrastructure projects in Cork are a significant threat to our economy.

The group says critical plans like the Dunkettle Interchange and the M28 aren't progressing because of either too much red tape, an inadequate judicial review system or an outdated public sector procurement process.
