Cork Airport Confident WOW Air Will Return For 2018 Schedule

Cork Airport say they are confident WOW air will resume its Cork - Reykjavik - US service in 2018.
Management made the comments despite the Icelandic budget carrier announcing the cancellation of its service earlier this week, just five months after its launch.
The four-time weekly flights are to be suspended for the winter season on October 27th, with a final decision on the future of the flights to be made at a later stage this year.
Demand for the flights connecting passengers to nine North American destinations were lower than expected, despite extensive marketing in Ireland, Iceland and the US.
Speaking to RedFM News Communications Manager at Cork Airport Kevin Cullinanane says negotiations will continue in an effort to provide a better service for next year:
