Cork Airport grows passenger numbers
Passenger Growth Continues At Cork Airport.
An additional 8,500 passengers have passed through Cork airport in the first two months of the year, compared to the same period last year.
This is a 4% growth and forecasts show that is set to continue for the rest of the year.
Advance bookings for the first direct transatlantic service from Cork to Boston have exceeded expectations, with over 2,000 bookings made with Norwegian since the route was announced last week.
