Cork Business Association hosting workshops to identify barriers to untapped retail teen market

Traders in the city centre are missing out on a largely untapped market.
That's according to Cork Business Association who are hosting workshops with second level students to discover the obstacles preventing them from shopping in the city centre.
Among the issues that have been discovered are lack of instore wifi, public transport and signage and lack of facilities to store school bags.
Speaking to RedFM News Laurence Owens of Cork Business Association says discounting is usually only applies to third levels students which is a missed opportunity:
