Cork Chamber call on government to focus on spending and capital investment

The business organisation released its pre-budget submission
Cork Chamber say they believe now is the time for the government to put money back in people's pockets.
It comes as the business organisation released its pre-budget submission which focuses on key areas such as current spending and capital investment.
One of the main suggestions in their submission is a decrease in the overall marginal tax rate for individuals, in particular the Universal Social Charge.
Cork Chamber represents over 1,000 businesses Leeside who employ 10,000 people and speaking to RedFM News, their President Barrie O'Connell says there are a number of opportunities opening:
