Cork Chamber call on Minister to resolve housing shortage

The housing crisis is limiting expansion for Businesses Leeside.
Thats according to a new report released by the Cork Chamber which focuses on the impact of rental issues on employees relocating to Cork for work.
It shows that 90% of local businesses have identified accommodation shortages for employees in Cork as their biggest concern, and over 60% reported lack of housing as a threat to future expansion.
The Cork Chamber has called on Minister for Housing Simon Coveney to address the issue by developing a housing strategy to address shortfalls in supply.
Speaking to RedFM News CEO of Cork Chamber Conor Healy says its important to plan now to avoid any shortages in rental accommodation in the future:
