Cork City Has Topped The List Of The Most Expensive Housing Market In Munster

The average home in the City now costs 281,000 euro
Cork County placed third with the property values averaging at 229,000 euro.
Overall, there's been an increase in the value of all Irish residential property in the country.
The Daft.ie Wealth report shows the worth of homes now stands at over 519 billion euro, up from 514 billion euro a year ago.
The most expensive markets are all in Dublin, while Roscommon is the only place in the country where property values remain below 100 thousand euro.
Author of the Daft Wealth Report, Ronan Lyons says the wealth is going up due to more homes coming on stream:
