Cork City Slips Down Rankings In The Latest Survey From Irish Business Against Litter
Fermoy, meanwhile was praised for how tidy it was.
The South Link Road, Model Farm Road and the Airport Road were found to be clean, while areas like Wilton Road, the South Ring Road and Commons Road were 'littered'.
The City placed 24th overall, while Fermoy in North Cork was listed at number 6.
Mahon slips down the list to 32nd- there was praise for Loughmahon Park, however the pedestrian link off Ringmahon road was heavily littered.
Kilkenny was named the tidiest place in Ireland, while Ballymun in Dublin was found to be seriously littered and placed last.
