Cork Commuters Playing Significant Role In Success Of Bus Éireann
Cork commuters are playing a significant role in the success of Bus Éireann.
That's according to CEO Stephen Kent, who was speaking after the company released its 2018 annual report which says Bus Éireann has achieved a financial recovery following what it describes as the most challenging period in their history.
The company says there was a 20% increase in passenger numbers in the City in 2018 and say increased bus priority measures such as the daily Patrick Street private car ban will increase that figure into the future.
