Cork County Council Issue Warning About The Risk Of Coastal Flooding
Met Eireann say ex tropical storm Sebastian will track to the South coast overnight
The storm will bring the risk of heavy rainfall and strong winds which will coincide with very high astronomical Spring tides between 4am and 6am tomorrow and again in the evening.
Cork County Council say storm surges are predicted to increase by around half a metre in Cork Harbour and Bantry Bay from tomorrow morning.
Motorists and pedestrians are advised to take extreme caution in coastal areas over night and into tomorrow.
