A Cork facility was found to have a number of areas of non-compliance following a HIQA inspection.
The Cope Foundation was visited by the watchdog on an announced visit last November.
The visit was part of a decision process following an application to register the centre as a residential service for up to 6 adults with intellectual disabilities.
