Cork Hotelier Has Called On The Government To Put Plans In Place To Help Those In The Industry Prepare For Brexit. 

It comes after a new survey revealed that €517 million was spent in Cork hotels last year, with domestic spend making up 68% of that figure

However it's also been revealed that an extra 100,000 Irish people travelled abroad in August this year when compared to 2019.

Speaking to RedFM News General Manager of the Celtic Ross Hotel and chairman of the Irish Hotel Federation Neil Grant says while the spend on Cork hotels looks good on paper, output is huge and many people are holidaying abroad:
