Cork Mum Says Her Daughter's Limb Lengthening Surgery Will Give Her More Independence

9 year-old Keeva Walsh from Glenville was born with a form of dwarfism
That's Cork Mum Lisa Walsh whose nine-year-old daughter Keeva was born with Achondroplasia - a form of dwarfism which occurs in approximately one in every 26,000 births.
Lisa recently started a blog 'My Small Wonder' as Keeva is preparing for limb lengthening surgery in January and she says although there has been criticism about undergoing this surgery, it's about enabling Keeva, not changing her.
