Home and businesses owners across Cork are on high alert as the city and county is set to be battered by high winds and heavy rain over the weekend. It comes as a flood alert has been issued by the City Council which is in operation from tomorrow morning until Sunday... Home and business owners are being urged to take precautions for potential flooding particularly those in low lying streets in the city Members of the public are also being warned to take care when going near exposed coastal areas.
