Cork Port's €100m expansion could be delayed.
The Port of Waterford has launched a judicial review to grant planning permission to the Redevelopment of Ringaskiddy port.
A Judicial review of An Bord Pleanala's decision to grant planning permission to the Redevelopment of Ringaskiddy port is being sought by the Port of Waterford.
The 100 million euro expansion of the Port of Cork was given the green light in May.
If this legal challenge is successful, it could delay the project by several months.
