A €90 million major new development is proposed for Albert Quay
Cork is on the brink of being transformed as a €90 million major new development is proposed for the city centre
The office complex proposed by developers O'Callaghan Properties is planned for Albert Quay and could create 350 construction jobs and would be capable of accommodating 3,000 staff..
Planning permission for the development is being submitted to Cork City Council today and if granted, its hoped works would commence later this year.
It comes as the first official sods were turned on two major projects in the city with works finally getting underway on the events centre and the redevelopment of the former Capitol Cinema site.
