A Cork women's refuge has been forced to turned away women and children due to the unavailability of suitable accomodation for residents who no longer need the service.. In 2013 domestic violence refuges around the country were forced to turn away almost 3,500 women and children seeking emergency accommodation because of a lack of resources...
