Cork soccer player loses case against former club
The player was suing his former club for post traumatic stress disorder
18 year old Sean Cook of Highfields, Ballea Road in Carrigaline claimed he was left out of the under-15 team over a disagreement between his father and the coaches at the club
The court heard that Sean Cook was unable to fulfil his cross channel soccer dream as he was prevented from showcasing his skills to talent scouts
However, this afternoon Judge Sean O’Donnabhain dismissed the case
A ruling on costs will be made at a later date.
