Cork students warned not to panic ahead of tomorrows results

Cork students anxiously awaiting the results of their leaving cert are being advised not to stress. The results of the state examinations will be available to the 6,000 Cork students who sat the exams in June tomorrow morning. Mental Health promotion site HeadsUp is advising students to take care of themselves mentally and physically in the lead of up to the exams. Students are being advised to manage any anxiety and stress by relaxing, talking to friends in the same position, exercising and addressing unrealistic expectations.
