Cork Toddler Who Was Diagnosed With A Brain Injury Can Walk Again

2 year old Zac Higgins was struck by a hit and run driver after he chased a ball onto the road at Castle Meadows, Mahon
He was rushed to Cork University Hospital and later transferred to Temple Street Children's Hospital in Dublin where he spent two weeks in an induced coma.
Gardaí arrested a 17 year old man in connection with the incident. He was released without charge and a file is to be sent to the DPP.
Speaking on the Neil Prendeville Show on Cork's RedFM, Zac's mother Aishling Sexton says he's due to be transferred back to Cork this week:
