Cork toy shop robbed days before Christmas

A Cork toy shop is today counting the cost of a robbery on one of the busiest days of the year. Pinocchio's on Paul Street was closed until midday as staff tried to clean up after the break-in overnight. Gardai are investigating the incident and have taken finger prints at the scene. The shop has reopened but staff can only accept credit card payments as the cash registers were tampered with.
