Cork Traveller Visibility Group Responds To Dumping At Ellis' Yard
A caravan full of rubbish was dumped at Ellis' Yard earlier this week
The Cork Traveller Visability Group says the people responsible for dumping a caravan full of rubbish at Ellis' Yard are either living in or known to the residents of the neighbouring Spring Lane halting site
The caravan was pushed down a steep embankment sometime on Tuesday night or in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The Traveller Visibility Group is urging residents living near the illegal dump who can identify the people responsible to come forward.
Contractors have removed around 200 tonnes of rubbish including 5 tonnes of asbestos which were dumped at the site over the past 18 months
