Cork University Hospital Is Reminding Members Of The Public That Visitor Restrictions Are In Place
It's due to the high volume of patients with influenza
The Leeside hospital is asking members of the public to consider hand hygiene when visiting the hospital, and to use the anti-bacterial gel dispensers provided across the wards.
A statement issued by CUH is also encouraging anyone who is presenting signs or symptoms of the flu to visit their local GP before attending emergency departments in the City.
