Cork's Bons Secours Hospital sending ventilators to India to help treat people with Covid-19
India is struggling to contain an outbreak of the virus that has killed over 258,000 people in the country
Over 360,000 people were diagnosed with the virus there yesterday and over 4,000 people died.
Hospitals are unable to deal with the amount of people presenting and there have been widespread reports of a shortage of oxygen in critical care units.
Management at the Bons say they have been very moved by the situation in India and have donated 12 bi-pap machines.
