Cork's Charity-Funded Air Ambulance Service Says It's Firmly Staying Put In Cork
It's moved to clear confusion over reports it's transferring services to Roscommon
Staffing issues are forcing the Defence Forces to stand down for a number of days between now and February.
The air ambulance, which is based in North Cork, dealt with 56 cases in its first month of service.
Pilot John Murray, operations officer for the Irish Community Rapid Response, says it's providing a spare aircraft - but the Cork-based service is unaffected.
