County Mayor pays tribute to Kinsale Community School ahead of Presidential visit
The County Mayor has paid tribute to Kinsale Community School and says it's a shining example of how successful co-ed community schools can be.
He made the comments this morning as the President Michael D Higgins arrived to officially unveil the 1916 Proclamation Sculpture outside the school, as well as the launch of the school as a Microsoft Showcase school - the first of its kind in Munster.

The President was also shown the Michael D Higgins hall named in his honour and the new sports complex.
