Drugs Are A Growing Phenomenon At Work Christmas Parties
That's according to Cork solicitor John Boylan
He says there's an increase in drug taking at work Christmas parties which is leading to some employees losing their jobs.
In Ireland Christmas parties are seen by the labour court as an extension of the work place meaning policies which protect employees and employers at work are applicable at the social event.
Speaking to RedFM News solicitor John Boylan says some employees don't realise that they are effectively still at work:
