Residents of four housing estates in Togher and Wilton are this morning blocking access to their estates in a protest over the installation of water meters Residents of Elm Vale in Wilton are the latest to mount blockades in their estate in an effort to stop Irish Water workers from carrying out metering work They join neighbouring estates in Ashbrook Heights in lehenaghmore, Fernwood Crescent and the Palmbury Estate whose residents have all blocked the entrance to their parks...
