Facility in West Cork inspected by HIQA
The unannounced inspection took place in January.
An unannounced HIQA inspection into a facility in the county found a number of areas of non-compliance.
St Joseph's Unit which is located on the campus of Bantry General Hospital was visited by the watchdog last January.
However, the facility was found to be complaint in the areas of government and management, complaint procedures and medication management.
