Fermoy Man Keith Byrne Has Signed The Deportation Documents Presented To Him
However hasn't decided whether or not to submit them to officials
The father-of-three faces a 5 year sentence in a federal prison unless he agrees to leave the United States today.
Keith Byrne was arrested last week on his way to work by immigration agents in Pennysylvania.
He has been married to an American women for 10 years, but has not successfuly regularised his citizenship status in the US.
Speaking to RedFM News, Keith's sister Melinda Byrne says they're in the dark and waiting to see what happens next:
