File To Be Prepared For DPP Following Release Of Man Questioned Over Aidan O'Driscoll Murder

A file is being prepared for the DPP following the release of a man who was arrested and questioned in connection with a murder in Blackpool last December.
The man, who is in his early 40's was arrested on Sunday night, in connection with the ongoing investigation into the fatal shooting of Aidan O' Driscoll on the Commons Road
He was released without charge yesterday and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Six people have been arrested and questioned in connection with this on-going investigation.
