First Drug To Treat Underlying Cause Of Cystic Fibrosis For Around 80% Of Patients In Ireland Approved By HSE
Trikafta is the first approved treatment that is effective for CF patients aged 12 years and over
The drug now needs to be approved by the European Medicines Agency.
A decision is expected in the first quarter of 2020.
