Focus Ireland Say Their Collaboration With Iarnród Éireann Has Homelessness Into Sharp Perspective
The charity are operating a pop up shop at Kent railway station
It's in an effort to raise money and awareness of those who have no home to go to this festive season.
The shop is being run by staff from the group's 'Beloved' Douglas Village Shopping Centre Store who were forced to close following the devastating fire at the centre's multi storey car park at the end of August.
435 adults are living in emergency accommodation in Cork, an increase of 111% since the establishment of Rebuilding Ireland in July 2016.
Speaking to RedFM News, Dick White from Focus Ireland says more needs to be done to tackle the record figures:
