Fraud squad probes credit card scam

The Garda Commissioner says the fraud squad is now leading the investigation into the hacking of credit card details of some 70 thousand customers of Supervalu and Axa Ireland. The news come as it's confimred that another two Irish firms have fallen victim to the security breach suffered by Supervalu and Axa customers. The names of the companies have not been released but it's understood that both operate a Loyalty Build scheme. Speaking at a conference of senior Gardaí in Templemore, Commissioner Callinan said those behind the hacking may be operating out of a different country - and that adds to the difficulty of the investigation: Press PLAY button above to listen to the audio
