Garda Commissioner says French film producer case a matter of great regret
The Garda Commissioner says it's a matter of great regret that the force has not been able to find the killer of Sophie Toscan du Plantier. Ian Bailey lost his civil action yesterday, wherein he alleged a garda conspiracy against him.
