Gardaí appeal for witnesses following Cork fire

The blaze broke out on the Lower Glanmire Road on Monday.
Gardai are continuing to appeal for information following a fire which broke out in a disused pub on the Lower Glanmire Road on Monday night.
The fire broke out around 7pm and five units from Cork City Fire Service and Ballyvolane attended the scene
They left the scene before midnight but were called back again at half 12 and remained at the scene until shortly before 2am.
A forensic team were at the scene yesterday assessing the building and gardai are examining CCTV footage
The building was declared safe and traffic lanes in the area re-opened fully yesterday.
