Gardaí Appealing For Witnesses Of Fatal Collision In North Cork
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a man in his 70's was killed in a crash in Fermoy yesterday.
The man was the sole occupant of a car that collided with a pole on the Mill Road shortly after 2pm.
He was pronounced dead at scene and his body was taken to the mortuary at Cork University Hospital.
The road was closed to facilitate a Garda forensic examination but has since reopened.
