Gardai In Cork Arrest 2 In Connection To 2018 Attempted Armed Robbery At Bookmakers
The incident occurred in Glanmire in September 2018
On September 15th 2018, three men wearing balaclavas entered the premises, two carrying hammers and one armed with a suspected firearm.
Following a struggle with staff they left empty handed in a waiting black car.
The men, aged in their 20s and 30s, were arrested in Donoughmore earlier today and are currently detained at Mayfield Garda Station.
