Gardaí In Cork Say Members Of The Force Are Always On The Beat In The City Centre
Concerns have been expressed by business owners and the public after over 100 teenagers gathered in the city centre following a callout on social media to storm a shop.
However Gardaí say they are adequately staffed and fully prepared for events like this.
24 more Gardaí are now in the city centre when compared to 2014 and speaking to RedFM News Superintendent Colm O'Sullivan says while they're out in force, parents have a role to play also:
