Gardaí investigating aggravated burglary in the City in January have arrested and charged a man

The man in his 30s was arrested this morning and will appear before the District Court on March 31st.
The incident happened on Barrack Street on the 11th of January when a man wearing a balaclava forced his way into a house with what is believed to have been a knife.
He demanded cash from the occupant of the house and left the scene with a sum of money.
Gardaí had previously arrested a man in relation to the incident on January 16th in relation to the incident and a file was prepared for the DPP.
